We provide full support from instruction to beyond completion of the Report. This includes a full discussion with regard to your particular needs, telephone call on day of survey with an update on the Surveyors findings and complete post survey assistance in dealing with any queries from yourselves and/or Legal Advisers. Additionally, we can assist with providing contractors for estimates for any remedial works.
We appreciate that in certain instances surveys are required particularly urgently and we can normally accommodate our client’s needs in this regard.
All our Surveyors, undertaking Surveys and Valuations, are RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) registered valuers and the company is an RICS registered firm.
